BEerFRANK is a serious Danish small batch home brewery.
The essence of my brewing will always be quality both in raw materials using only top end grain, hops and yeast primarily and preferably all organic but also competitive in the ability to frame the style of beer at concours standard.
Operating out of my apartment, I brew 30l (8 gallons) and 60l (16 gallons) batches with a temperature controlled fermenting capacity of 250 liters and capacity for cooling, crashing and lagering. I only do this to evolve into a better brewer divulging myself in the magic and marvel of the chemistry and living organic processes and being humble in the approach of the skilled workmanship of a real brewer an education that I never had and which I sorely lack.
My approach to life and my motto have always been BE FRANK a little quip on my surname so naturally the home brewery was to be called BEerFRANK (“er” being the Danish word for is)
So BEerFRANK is to BE FRANK in brewing.
